British Columbia, Canada

British Columbia, Canada - B.C. is more than just Icewine! The Okanagan Valley is almost dry enough to warrant being called a desert!  It lies in a rain shadow much like Eastern Washington and has very warm summer days and cool nights.  It is this diurnal temperature variation that makes it perfectly suited for ripening Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes for full bodied and balanced red wines.
