Tasting Notes
The 2006 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is full bodied, perfectly balanced between fruit, acidity and wood, and has a very good structure. It exhibits aromas of sweet pepper, eucalyptus, white pepper and spices with mineral notes that combine with flavors of cherry, plum, thyme, anise and oregano with notes of vanilla and smoke that complement the sweet rounded tannins. This exceptional wine has a great fruit concentration and a very nice finish.
