The Chook is sourced from two of the best known wine growing regions in South Australia, namely McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. Co-fermenting small amounts of Viognier skins with Shiraz adds a wonderful apricot perfume, at the same time as intensifying the deep rich color and velvety mouthfeel of the wine.
