From farming family, hand crafted, 55 year old vines and tasting great!

Great vintage! The Bonnet family owns this little gem located in a former chapel from the 16th century in the hills of Chateauneuf du Pape. Gerard and Marie Claude Bonnet with their son Eric vinify their entire production. They combine modern equipment with traditional winemaking. Grapes are harvested by hand and selected twice: first in the vineyard and again upon arrival at the cellar on a sorting table.

Classic grenache, syrah, mourvedre and carignan blend with vine age pushing 55 years old. Displays ripe plum and blackberry fruit along with superior focus plus an alluring hint of mesquite on the powerhouse finish
