Inama Carmenere Piu 2008, Italy
Inama is probably best known for their racy, full-bodied whites, but the reds are perhaps even more interesting."
IMPRESSIONS
Dark red with pale blue-violet. Small elegant nose of dark berries, cocoa and black pepper. On the palate balanced by good fresh, fruity tannins unimpeded.
Goes well with meats typical Berici: deleted, bacon and sausage with garlic. Prosciutto DOP Val Liona. Grilled pork. Also a great drink throughout the meal or with simple food.
