Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc 2010, New Zealand

Pale straw in colour and has a fragrant aroma showing gooseberry, black currant leaf, red capsicum and a hint of dried thyme. The palate reveals lime/grapefruit characters along with more tropical fl avours such as melon and passionfruit.
This wine has good mid palate concentration and a typically zingy fi nish. Delicious now it will continue to improve and develop over the next 12-18 months.
