Winemaker notes:

Flavors of Golden delicious apples, Meyer lemon and just a hint of ripe tropical fruit combine to form a crisp, elegant Chardonnay. Minimal oak influence and absence of malo-lactic fermentation allow the excellent fruit character to shine, while freshness and structure are insured through well-balanced acidity.

Pair this crowd-pleasing wine with chicken piccata, grilled tilapia with lemon and fresh herbs, or pasta primavera. Quite a good match with Thai Curry or anything slightly spicy
