"The 2008 Ethos Chardonnay is a blend of Horse Heaven, Cold Creek, and Canoe Ridge fruit in which half the wine was native fermented, and all of it was aged sur lie in French oak for 9 months. Light gold in color, it offers up a nose of toasty oak, pear, white peach, and tropical fruits. Round and toasty on the palate, this rich savory effort may well evolve for another 1-2 years and drink well through 2017."
