Maison Bleue La Montagnette Grenache 2009, Washington
Tasting Notes
A deep garnet colored Grenache with aromatics of dark plum, kirsch liqueur, white pepper and a slight smokiness. These rich aromatics are followed in the mouth by an opulent, heady wine with loads of glycerin, blackberries and fine grain tannins. The finish is long and supple with dark fruits making a final surge at the end.
The final blend is 85% Grenache and 15% Syrah.
